Are there other tools that can help us?

A screencast is a digital recording of the output seen on the computer screen. Often, an audio narration is added, which makes this a very useful tool for creating demonstrations, or for training people in how to carry out procedures using a particular computer program. Screencasts can be shared by placing them online embedded within a website e.g. Screen Casts Online or by copying them to a CD.

There are some free packages available for making your own screen casts, such as Wink. Commercial packages include Camtasia sudio for PC and Snapz Pro for the Mac.
